Mission: 

Zeal of Xander, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a 501c3 tax exemption that is focused on the worldwide black infant mortality and black maternal health pandemic. Our mission is to engage black parents, institutions that provide health services and legislation to invoke the advancement of pregnancy outcomes for black women and infants.

Vision:  

Every health care provider delivers adequate medical care for all black infants and mothers.

Organization Focus:

We are dedicated to transforming the ways black mothers, black fathers, and black infants will have access to care, fair and unbiased medical attention, opportunities to thrive and in case of either infant or maternal death the ability to expand the family’s social network.
