Shauntae James is a Native of Hamilton, Bermuda and a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. With a degree in Business Management and 7 plus years in the insurance industry, Shauntae possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in organizational leadership, talent development, underwriting, and so much more. A wife, a mother, and a sister to many, Shauntae understands first hand the needs of real people in real time. Through experience and as a witness of so many around her, Shauntae has grown to understand the importance of supporting mothers through grief and providing valuable resources to those in need. She strongly believes in the value that Zeal of Xander provides to the community and is proud to serve as a member of the executive board.
